What’s a bootjack and why do I need one?
If you own a pair of boots, then you need a bootjack. We’ve all been in those uncomfortable and awkward positions, hopping around on one foot, trying to get out of your boots or even having your loved one yank at your heel while you lay on the floor. It’s no fun and you can hurt yourself. A bootjack fixes all of those problems. Simply slide your heel into the gap, put your other heel on the jack and lift your knee
How long will it take to receive my bootjack?
Our Original Series bootjacks typically ship anywhere from three weeks to eight weeks, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter depending on the timing of your order. We keep some of The Icon/Collegiate Series bootjacks in stock and depending on our currently inventory levels, we can ship those within one week. The Leathertop Series bootjacks typically ship within two weeks.
What size shoe or boot does this fit?
It’s meant for boots, not shoes, but you can try them if you want. Our bootjacks should fit all men and woman sizes of western and work boots (except toddler sizes)
How exactly is it made and why so long?
Once we receive your order, we engineer your initials or brand and send to our CNC laser cutting table. The parts are cut, welded, cleaned, polished, packaged then shipped to our power-coating partners. They spray a durable, heat treated, semi-gloss clear coat that seals the jack. Finally, the bootjacks are shipped to our headquarters for leather wrapping by hand and fulfillment. Good things take time
What is your "Natural" finish?
The "Natural" finish is just that, it’s how the metal comes from the folks who make the metal sheets at the mill. It is always a little different and no two bootjacks are the same. We cannot guarantee a specific shade of metal and there may be some patina or marking on the metal.
Our bootjacks are powder-coated for weather protection which gives all bootjacks a semi-gloss finish from the clear coat
You used to offer a "Polished" finish, what happened to it?
For years we offered a polished, sanded finish. This line had many quality issues and was becoming cost prohibitive. In efforts to maintain our same prices in during a time when metals costs were doubling, we decided to terminate this option
Can I pick up my bootjack in Dallas?
If your bootjack is ready, you are welcome to come pick up in person and meet the team (we’re in 75214). We will refund 100% of shipping for in person pick-ups
Will this scratch my floors?
No. To protect your floors, we put rubber caps on the arches and a soft felt pad on the bottom tip of the jack. Should either of these fall off, please contact us and we will take care of it for you
Can you paint or color the bootjack?
Long story short, no. Currently we only offer the "Natural" finish, which isn't painted, just clear powder-coated. You can paint it if you want though!
What is the return policy?
If you would like to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with options for your return and make things right

What is your warranty?
Lifetime. These are a lifetime investment that will never fail you. If the leather begins to fray or come undone, or you experience any other issues, send it back and we’ll refurbish free of charge for LIFE
